
Paula and Ted Fedor adopt another donkey every year. This year they choose Big Momma who lost both her teenage son and her 1 week old daughter due to inbreeding. Big Momma is still a very content donkey, still a little shy, but she is getting there.

By adopting Waiter Aruba Ocean Villas has a new staff member. He will stay at the sanctuary but his colleagues will visit him from time to time though. Working from home is what is new in these times.
Timothy Hines says: "I love this place" so he adopted Pepper. Pepper was the very first baby ever born at the sanctuary, that makes him 23 years old now. When he was a baby, he looked like a little clown, with his long manes.
In august 2008 Buri stepped in a can and while under way to the sanctuary an old wound burst open on his hind leg. Natalie Booi treated him, got rid of the can and stitched him up. Now she has her own Animal Care Clinic and is adopting him. Helping us out in these difficult times. Buri is a healthy member of our donkey society in Bringamosa. You want to help out our donkeys? Take Route 4a from the hotels and follow this road for 14 km, pass all the circles/roundabouts until you see a sign for the French Men’s Pass. Make a left turn onto the French Men’s Pass, then 1st left, 2nd right. On that dirt road you will find the Donkey Sanctuary after about 200 meters.
